Re-roof Project: Existing metal roof was aging and hail damaged. A new, low maintenance metal roof was installed over the current roof with a roof hugger furring system, minimizing costs associated with tear-off and disposal of old material. Additional insulation was also applied, increasing the R-Value. Re-roofing lessened disruption to business activities since the building was not open to the elements during construction.
