Renovations and upgrades include handicap accessible ramp, new exterior windows, nine new rooms (to total 12 rooms; 4 staff offices and 8 bedrooms) and four full bathrooms, full handicap accessibility, expansion of kitchen, code-compliant fire sprinkler system, upper and lower floor laundry rooms, upgrades to the HVAC and electrical systems as well as the plumbing.
