The Manitowoc Capitol Civic Centre underwent major historic renovations. Complete renovation of the Capitol’s Main Grand Lobby including the addition of new arched openings towards the Kadow Room. Extensive remodeling and redesign of the Kadow Room: existing structural columns were removed, new clear span beams were installed, and a new coffered ceiling and elaborate trim work and paint were added. First floor restrooms were also remodeled.
