Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings:

Redline Plastics 2021 Expansion, Manitowoc, WI

Hamann added 103,000 square feet to the existing Redline Plastics 117,900-square-foot manufacturing facility constructed in 2019. Construction included the use of over 175 tons of structural steel and 2,400 cubic yards (250 truckloads) of concrete.

The expansion more than doubled their current production space. “Redline’s incremental growth over the past several years has been nothing short of amazing. “We had this expansion planned since the first half of the building started construction in 2019, but we did not anticipate expanding for at least a couple of years. We are lucky to be in the position we are in and continue our investment in the area, our employees, and our customers,” says Nick Murray, vice-president of operations.” According to management, the additional space was needed due to rapid growth and will house rotational molding and support equipment, warehousing, and 6 receiving and shipping docks. The businesses represents an estimated $6 million investment for the company. The plant is located on South 59th Street in Manitowoc’s I-43 Technology & Enterprise Campus.
