Manitowoc Tool & Manufacturing, Manitowoc, WI – Addition, Vits Drive Facility, 2024

Hamann recently broke ground on a 59,000-square-feet Ceco pre-engineered building addition for Manitowoc Tool & Manufacturing (MTM) in Manitowoc’s I-43 Technology & Enterprise Campus. Due to MTM’s tremendous growth in the past year, the addition to the building will enable the transitioning from a distribution center into a production facility as the total plant size is increased to more than 101,000 sq. ft. Two additional interior loading docks, a restroom, and an office/conference room mezzanine will be added. Scheduled for an August completion, the addition is custom-designed to blend seamlessly with the building Hamann constructed in 2023.
